Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to every dumpster rental from Drop & Go Dumpsters ("we", "us", "our"), Canfield, Ohio. By booking online, by phone, or by accepting delivery, you ("customer", "you") agree to these terms.

1. Booking and payment

• Payment is due when you book. Prices are shown before you pay, and Ohio sales tax is added to every order.
• Your rental covers the dumpster size and the drop-off and pickup dates you choose.
• You authorize us to charge the card used at booking for any extra fees described in these terms. We will tell you about any extra fee before or when we charge it.

2. Delivery and placement

• You must give us a safe, clear and accessible spot for the dumpster, with enough room for our truck and trailer.
• Delivery times are estimates. Weather, road conditions and other things outside our control can cause delays.
• If we can't deliver or pick up because the spot is blocked or unsafe, a trip fee may apply.
• You are responsible for any permit needed to place the dumpster on a street or public property.

3. Driveway and property

Our equipment is heavy. We take care when placing it, but we are not responsible for damage to driveways, sidewalks, lawns, landscaping, curbs, or underground pipes and lines at the spot you chose. Tell us before delivery about anything we should avoid.

4. Loading rules

• Load no higher than the top of the walls ("maximum load level"). Nothing may stick out over the top or sides.
• Do not move the dumpster or let anyone else move it.
• We can refuse to haul a load that is overfilled or unsafe until it is fixed. A return trip fee may apply.

5. Items that are not allowed

The following items may not go in the dumpster: animal wastes, remains or carcasses; infectious, biological or medical waste; batteries of any kind or cordless devices containing batteries; compressed gas cylinders, propane tanks, kegs, freon tanks or cans, spray cans, helium tanks and industrial drums; appliances with freon such as refrigerators, freezers, A/C units and dehumidifiers; electronics such as televisions, computers and monitors; mercury switches and thermostats; explosives, fireworks and ammunition; liquids of any kind; tires; and any hazardous waste.

If we find these items, we may remove them and charge you for removal and disposal, or refuse to haul the load. You are responsible for any fines, cleanup costs or damage caused by them.

6. Extra days and other fees

• Keeping the dumpster past your pickup date may be charged per extra day at our current rate.
• Other fees may apply for prohibited items, overloading, a blocked or unsafe spot, extra trips, or damage to our equipment.

7. Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel your booking, call us at (330) 550-2806 as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your drop-off date get a full refund. Later cancellations, or cancellations after the dumpster is on its way, may be charged a trip fee.

8. Your responsibility for the dumpster

From delivery until pickup, you are responsible for the dumpster and its contents. You agree to pay for damage to our equipment caused by misuse, fire, or prohibited items, and to hold us harmless from claims, injuries or losses caused by the use of the dumpster while it is at your location, except where caused by our own negligence.

9. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim connected to your rental is limited to the amount you paid for that rental. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Mahoning County, Ohio.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you book applies to your rental.
